Chez Christophe has been serving both classic Swiss desserts and pastries along with modern twists using fresh and local flavours. Their collection includes coffee, freshly baked pastries, macarons, cakes and handcrafted artisan chocolates.

Goal

As the Social Media Manager for Chez Christophe, my goal is to help people fall in love with the brand online the same way they do when they walk into the shop. I focus on capturing the beauty and craft behind their pastries, chocolates, and desserts, and bringing that to life through photos, videos, stories, and community engagement. It’s about making people crave a croissant, feel the warmth of a coffee moment, or get excited about seasonal treats — all through content that feels real and inviting.

Social Media Strategy

I created a 3-month strategy for Chez Christophe that focused on daily Instagram Stories and posting 3–4 times per week, including 2 Reels and 2–3 carousel or static posts. The content calendar was designed to balance product visuals, behind-the-scenes moments, seasonal promotions, and community engagement — all aligned with the brand’s refined yet approachable vibe.

We also provided a visual refresh of their Instagram feed to better reflect their artisanal identity, along with coaching on SEO-friendly captions, hashtag strategy, and optimizing profile highlights and bio. After each month, we reviewed analytics together to understand what was resonating most with their audience and adjusted the content plan to keep growth and engagement on track.
